Well, last week sucked, but Thanksgiving Day went pretty swell…. just kidding! Thanks for nothing Detroit!
Having our worst week of the year was definitely not the plan for Week 11. Trying and turn the tide and celebrate Thanksgiving we’re going to do something we haven’t done all year.
Pick the Thursday games!
Also, we’re going to give you a person or thing who should give thanks for each of these games.
Gobble gobble, baby.
And be sure to come back on Sunday for another helping of thankfulness, self-loathing, and most importantly, more NFL picks from yours truly.
Last Week = 5-9
Season-to-Date = 81-70-2
Thanksgiving Day NFL Slate for the 2021 Season
Chicago Bears @ Detroit Lions (+3.5)
Matt Nagy’s Realtor
Despite conflicting reports, it sure seems like Nagy’s time as the head coach of the Bears is drawing to an end. He’ll be moving on to greener pastures and he’ll obviously need somewhere to live wherever he goes.
This also feels like Detroit’s last chance to get a victory this season.
The Pick = Detroit
Las Vegas Raiders @ Dallas Cowboys (-7.5)
Jerry Jones’ Relatives
I am sure they are used to it by now, but I can’t imagine the Jones Family Thanksgiving is very fun following a Dallas loss.
Considering how the Raiders have looked the last few weeks I am predicting Turkey Day for the Jones’ to be a joyous affair.
The Pick = Dallas
Buffalo Bills @ New Orleans Saints (+4.5)
Folding Tables
All the tables Bills fans love jumping through get a reprieve this week. But this is a calm before the storm as the Patriots will be in Buffalo next Monday night. What will that look like?
Chaos.
The Pick = Buffalo
There it is. Feels like a solid plan to get us back on the right path ahead of Sunday!
Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours! Now let’s EAT!
